INSECON 2026 was massive – two days, four tracks, and a huge crowd. Together with Kamil Szczurowski, we took the stage to brutally dissect the security of the Polish public sector. As one attendee summed it up on LinkedIn, we 'showed no mercy to numerous public bulletin websites.' We dropped some heavy technical truth bombs on how basic errors and architectural oversights let us pop shells and compromise entire institutions.
