Overview

Together with Kamil Szczurowski, we presented a deep dive into the most intriguing vulnerabilities uncovered during our extensive research (initiated in 2025) targeting state institutions and public entities. We deconstructed the responsible disclosure process, analyzed the authorities' reactions to our reports, and dropped a solid payload of practical advice on mitigating similar architectural and business logic flaws. The talk resonated perfectly – post-presentation networking resulted in a ton of great feedback from attendees who appreciated our work and are keeping their fingers crossed for our next big findings.
